• Subheadings should be clear and appropriately structured
• Use italics for emphasis; avoid underlining

4. Tables and Figures

• All tables and figures must be numbered and captioned
• Include in the appropriate position within the text
• Ensure high-resolution images (300 dpi minimum)

5. Language and Style

• Follow academic tone and inclusive language
• Avoid jargon and excessive footnoting
• Ensure consistency in spelling (British or American English, not both)

6. Referencing Style

• Singularities follows the MLA Handbook (9th Edition) citation style.

7. Article Submission Format (Page)

Authors must submit their manuscripts as a single Word document (.doc or
.docx) with the following:

• Cover Page (Title, Author details, Abstract, Keywords)
• Main Text (including tables/figures)
• Works Cited (in MLA 9 style)
• Author Bio (100–150 words per author)
• Declaration of original work and conflict of interest (to be included at
  the end)

All submissions must be emailed to editor@singularitiesjournal.com or
uploaded via the journal website submission portal.

8. Publishing Timeline and Acceptance Rate (Page)

• Submission Acknowledgement: Within 7 days
• Initial Review Decision: Within 2 weeks
• Peer Review Feedback: Within 6 weeks of submission
• Final Decision: Within 2 weeks of revisions (if applicable)

Singularities maintains an acceptance rate of approximately 30–35%,
reflecting its commitment to academic quality and originality.

9. Article Processing Charges (APC)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of ₹2000 is applicable upon
acceptance of the article for publication. This fee covers:

• Editorial and peer review services
• Website hosting and formatting

10. Payment Facility: Authors can securely pay the APC online through the
journal website’s integrated payment gateway.

Receipt and invoice will be issued upon successful payment. Fee waivers or
discounts are currently not available.
